Accepting these terms

By using this website or taking part in South Coast Roleplay you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and the community rules posted in our Discord. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Your account

Sign-in happens through your Discord account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you may not use someone else's account or misrepresent who you are.

Acceptable use

• No harassment, discrimination, or hate speech, on the site or in the community.
• No attempts to break, overload, probe, or bypass the security of the website.
• No false information in applications, appeals, or verification.
• No uploading content you do not have the right to share, and nothing illegal or explicit.
• No advertising other communities or services without staff permission.

Applications and appeals

Staff applications, whitelist applications, and ban appeals are reviewed by our team. Decisions are made at staff discretion and are final, though you are welcome to reapply or appeal again where the rules allow it.

Suspensions and removal

We may restrict, suspend, or remove access to the website or community for breaking these terms or the community rules, for safety screening results, or to protect the community. Where possible we tell you why.

Content

You keep ownership of content you submit. By submitting it you give SCRP permission to store and display it for running the community, for example showing gallery screenshots on this site. Ask Management if you want something taken down.

Roleplay disclaimer

SCRP is a fictional roleplay community built on FiveM. Department names, liveries, and imagery are part of that fiction. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any real law enforcement agency, fire department, or government body.

Store and donations

Purchases and supporter subscriptions fund the community. As stated at checkout, donations are non-refundable. Payments are processed by Stripe under their own terms.

Liability

The website is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, SCRP and its staff are not liable for indirect damages, lost data, downtime, or the actions of community members. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
